Return & Refund Policy – SUFES PERFUME

At SUFES PERFUME, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return policy carefully before placing your order.

📦 Returns

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, perfumes cannot be returned once opened or used.

We only accept returns in the following cases:

  • Product received is damaged

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Product leaked during transit

To request a return:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Share clear photos/videos of the product and packaging

  • The product must be unused and in original packaging

Requests made after 24 hours may not be accepted.

💰 Refunds

  • Once the issue is verified, we will approve the refund or replacement.

  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • For prepaid orders, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

  • For COD orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after confirmation.

🚫 Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns if:

  • The product has been opened or used

  • The customer refuses to accept a COD order

  • Incorrect shipping address was provided

  • Minor packaging damage without product damage

📍 Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
